You explain your project. You correct the same mistake for the fourth time. You close the window and all of it disappears. The model was never the bottleneck — the forgetting was. JoshOps AI runs on the hardware in front of you, holds the arc of your work across sessions and reboots, keeps source material separate from interpretation, and preserves receipt evidence for governed state changes.
Four cumulative candidate tiers
- Aeon — One continuous conversation with a memory, device, and account map, using an admitted local mind or a provider account you explicitly connect.
- Ysolde — Everything in Aeon, plus persistent searchable history and provenance-backed receipts.
- Noiriel — Everything in Ysolde, plus multiple admitted minds through the Council, workers, and campaigns or quests.
- The Hall — Everything in Noiriel, plus named archetypes, governed Help Desk repair, scheduling, and bounded staff operations.
These are cumulative candidate promises. No tier is available for purchase until a signed entitlement and release evidence prove the promise.

JoshOps AI

Models advise. Humans authorize. JoshOps AI preserves the trail. AI without continuity is just a fast way to forget.
A.R.E.S. is the authority and risk gate — what is allowed, what is blocked, what requires approval, what cannot proceed. Sphinx is the context boundary — what a model is allowed to see, how a task is shaped, how output is accepted back. The receipt system records accepted and terminal governed state changes. Source custody keeps original material separate from interpretation. The provider ladder routes the right model to the right role — none becomes the authority.
The Doctrine: AI advises. Humans authorize. Source truth is protected. Receipts prove state change. Model output is not implementation. Repetition is not permission. A failure safely caught is stronger than a success blindly claimed.
Cognitive sovereignty
Your private signal—your quests, memory, timeline, corrections, inner state, and distilled intentions—belongs to you, and only you may monetize it. JoshOps AI does not sell, license, broker, or barter it; use it to target, profile, score, or segment you; use it for training, evaluation, benchmarking, or content-derived analytics; or retain product content in a store JoshOps AI can access. You may sync it across your own estate, export it, point your own subscriptions at it, build your own intellectual property with it, and profit from your own work. No consent flow waives those JoshOps AI restraints.
When you explicitly direct a supported turn to a provider account you choose, that provider receives the selected request and admitted context under its own terms. That user-directed processing does not give JoshOps AI rights to your private signal, and JoshOps AI cannot promise how an independent provider retains or uses data.
Non-content operational telemetry such as crash counts, latency, and version adoption may describe the software. It must not be derived from what you think, want, or work on.

Early access
Aeon is the $0 candidate tier. JoshOps AI is in early access by request; no tier, installer, account signup, or checkout is publicly available today.
LOCAL_ONLY may cross your private tailnet between machines you control, but no third-party inference provider receives the turn. FLAGSHIP uses one supported connected provider only when you explicitly select it; the request and admitted context needed for that turn go to that provider under its terms. ALL_HANDS may use multiple named admitted lanes; reconciliation remains local. Cloud consent resets after every turn, and a failed cloud request never becomes a silent local success.
